  14. Help needed...I use the GW2000 Telepath II 28.8 modem and find that it 
  15. consistantly connects at 26.9, regardless of tiem of day or server 
  16. connected to. When downloading, via TCP/IP, about the best sustained 
  17. rate 2.5 and as low as 1.5 Kbps. Is this about standard for this card? 
  18. If not, what do other people get?
